What Is Decision Craft?

Decision Craft is a multiplayer narrative RPG where the story, world, and characters are generated on the fly. You and your party decide what happens next, and the adventure evolves around those choices.

Key ideas:

  • Co-op first: Play together with up to 6 players.
  • Choice-driven: Your decisions and custom actions shape the story.
  • Dynamic content: Themes, worlds, quests, characters, and scenes are AI-generated.
  • Replayable: Every run feels different.

AI Notes (Text & Images)

Decision Craft uses AI for both story text and images. AI is creative, but it can be wrong or inconsistent. Treat AI outputs as prompts and keep the most enjoyable version of the story for your group.

What You'll Do In A Session

  • Create or join a lobby.
  • Vote on a theme and select a character.
  • Receive quests and enter the live scenario.
  • Make choices or write custom actions each round.
  • Track the party with world, quest, and character tools.

Multiplayer Basics

  • Up to 6 players in a room.
  • Friends can join by invite link or room code.
  • If someone joins after the game started, the host can recreate a lobby for the same game so they can join and get a character.

Content Settings

Decision Craft supports NSFW mode for mature themes. It is always opt-in and requires all players to allow it. See NSFW & Explicit Content for details.
