Terms of Service

1. Eligibility

• You must be at least 13 years old to create an account and use the Service.
• If you are between 13 and 18 (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction), you must have the consent of a parent or legal guardian.
• Adult content (NSFW) features are strictly restricted to users who are 18 years of age or older. You must not enable NSFW features if you are under 18.

2. Account & Authentication

• You may sign in using an OAuth provider (Google, Discord, Twitch, X / Twitter) or a magic-link email.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account.
• You must not share your account credentials or let others access your account.
• You must provide accurate information and keep it up to date.

3. Artificial Intelligence Disclaimer

Decision Craft uses AI technology for text generation (via xAI Grok, Google Gemini, and OpenAI GPT-OSS) and image generation (via Black Forest Labs FLUX.2 [klein] and Illustrious XL). These are examples of models/providers we use, and we may add, remove, or replace models and providers over time.

• AI-generated content is experimental and may produce errors, inaccuracies, or unexpected outputs.
• AI outputs do not reflect the views or opinions of Aliansact France.
• AI-generated content should not be taken as factual, professional, medical, legal, or financial advice.
• We are not liable for any decisions made based on AI-generated content, nor for any offense or harm caused by AI outputs.
• When AI generation fails, some retries are provided free of charge.

4. Adult-Oriented Content (NSFW)

• NSFW content is opt-in only and requires explicit activation in your profile settings.
• By enabling NSFW content, you confirm you are at least 18 years old.
• NSFW features are only available with paid credits (not free credits).

Strictly Prohibited Content

Regardless of NSFW settings, the following content is strictly prohibited:

• Any sexual content involving minors, real or fictional
• Content depicting child exploitation or abuse in any form
• Non-consensual sexual content involving real persons
• Content promoting terrorism, extreme violence, or self-harm
• Content that violates applicable laws

Violations may result in immediate account termination and reporting to relevant authorities.

5. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any illegal purpose or in violation of any applicable law
• Harass, threaten, or abuse other users
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service, other accounts, or our systems
• Circumvent security features, rate limits, or access controls
• Use automated tools (bots, scrapers) to access the Service without our prior written consent
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the Service
• Exploit bugs or vulnerabilities instead of reporting them
• Resell, redistribute, or sublicense access to the Service or credits
• Submit personal information about others without their consent

6. User Content & Intellectual Property

Your Content

• You retain ownership of any original content you create (custom choices, character names, etc.), subject to applicable copyright law.
• By using the Service, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide license to store, process, and display your content as necessary to provide the Service.

AI-Generated Content

• AI-generated text and images are produced by third-party AI models, including models not explicitly named in these Terms. Ownership of AI-generated content may be subject to the terms of the underlying AI providers and applicable law.
• We do not claim ownership of AI-generated content produced during your gameplay.
• We make no guarantee that AI-generated content is unique or free from third-party intellectual property.

Our Content

The Decision Craft name, logo, website design, UI, and original assets are the intellectual property of Aliansact France. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our branding or proprietary content without prior written consent.

7. Credits, Payments & Subscriptions

Virtual Credits

• Credits are non-monetary digital items used to access game features (rounds, image generation).
• Credits have no real-world monetary value and cannot be exchanged, transferred, or redeemed for cash.
• Credits are non-refundable except as required by applicable law.
• Unused credits are forfeited upon account deletion, suspension, or termination.
• Free credits are provided daily up to a limited amount and cannot be accumulated beyond the daily cap.
• You have no ownership interest in credits. They represent a limited, personal, non-transferable license to access features.
• We reserve the right to modify, revalue, or discontinue the credit system at any time.

Subscriptions

• Subscriptions are billed monthly or yearly via Stripe.
• Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before the current billing period ends.
• You may cancel your subscription at any time. You retain access until the end of the current billing period.
• Subscription fees are non-refundable except as required by applicable law.

Credit Packs

• Credit packs are one-time purchases processed via Stripe.
• Credit pack purchases are non-refundable except as required by applicable law.
• Subscribers may benefit from discounted credit pack pricing.

General Payment Terms

• All prices are displayed in Euros (EUR) and include applicable taxes.
• Payment processing is handled by Stripe. We do not store your full payment card details.
• You are responsible for any applicable taxes, fees, or charges imposed by your payment method provider.
• In case of payment failure, your subscription may be suspended until the payment issue is resolved.

8. Moderation & Enforcement

• We employ both automated and, when necessary, human moderation to enforce these Terms and applicable content policies.
• We reserve the right to review content when there is a report, suspected abuse, security incident, or legal obligation.
• Sanctions for violations may include: warning, content removal, temporary suspension, permanent ban, and/or reporting to authorities.
• Accounts terminated for violations forfeit all credits without refund.

9. Account Termination & Deletion

• You may delete your account at any time from your profile settings.
• If an active subscription exists, we first request immediate cancellation via Stripe before deleting the account.
• Upon deletion, your profile, game data, and content are permanently removed from the live database.
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, with or without prior notice.

10. Service Availability & Disclaimers

• The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
• We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or secure access to the Service.
• We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time without prior notice.
• We are not liable for any loss of data, credits, game progress, or any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Aliansact France's total liability to you for any claims arising from or related to the Service shall not exceed the total amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim. This limitation applies to all claims, whether based on contract, tort, strict liability, or any other legal theory.

12. Indemnification

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Aliansact France from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of any third-party rights. This section does not apply to the extent prohibited by applicable consumer protection laws.

13. Right of Withdrawal (EU)

If you are an EU consumer, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal for online purchases. However, by purchasing credits or initiating a subscription, you acknowledge and agree that the digital content is delivered immediately and that you waive your right of withdrawal once the credits are added to your account or the subscription service begins, in accordance with Article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code.

14. Third-Party Services

The Service integrates with third-party services including but not limited to:

• xAI (Grok) — text generation
• Google (Gemini) — text generation
• OpenAI (GPT-OSS) — text generation
• Black Forest Labs (FLUX.2 [klein]) — image generation
• Illustrious XL — image generation
• Runware — image generation platform
• OpenRouter — AI API routing
• Stripe — payment processing
• Supabase — authentication and data storage

Your use of the Service is also subject to the terms and policies of these third-party providers. We are not responsible for the practices or content of third-party services. We may add, remove, or replace third-party services and AI models over time.

15. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of France. Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in France.

For EU consumers: you retain your rights under the consumer protection laws of your country of residence. Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer.

16. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via a notice on the website. If you continue to use the Service after changes take effect, you accept the updated Terms. If you disagree with the changes, you should stop using the Service and delete your account.
